RVC head baseball coach to host catching clinic Jan. 14

Rockford Valley College's head baseball coach Kevin Vest will host a catching clinic on Jan. 14.

The clinic will run from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Wallbangers Academy, 7135 Clinton Road in Loves Park, at the Fusion Sports Complex.
Vest will instruct participants in various catcher skills including blocking, receiving, and throwing mechanics. Participants should wear gym shoes and bring their own equipment, including a catcher's mitt. Catcher's equipment will not be provided at the clinic.
